At SeaQuest Academy, we strive to share the thrill and adventure of sailing, while creating a deep appreciation for the environment. Our programs are designed for learners of all ages and skill levels, offering a variety of experiences – including Dinghy Sailing courses, our Discover Sailing Course, and holiday sailing camps. Beyond just sailing, we take pride in integrating eco-conscious activities into our curriculum. Participants engage in hands-on environmental science, such as sea water sampling to explore ocean chemistry, plankton analysis to understand its role in marine ecosystems, and beach cleanups at our sailing destinations to promote environmental stewardship. We also weave eco-lessons into our sailing adventures, teaching sustainable sailing practices like fuel efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible anchoring. Our navigation lessons encourage a connection with nature, introducing participants to celestial navigation using stars, the sun, and the wind.
